• Prepping floor for lvp installation and install lvp

Kitchen

• Keeping same footprint in kitchen, but moving island out 10″
  toward the family room.
• Expanding island from 6.5 ft to 7/5 ft. 6″ pony wall – move
  plumbing and pony wall to accommodate, no overhang for
  seating
• Installing painted cabinets with 42″ uppers with crown and
  adding pantry cabinets next to refrigerator
• Installing new baseboards

Primary bedroom

• Tear out 300 sf of carpet and replace with new in Primary bed
  and closet
• Add (3) canned lights
